lie, the product codes are bad
the windows code they sold me does not work and they don't respond to request to fix it, do not buy here.

Company refuses refund despite promising it.
On 1/22/2018 I downloaded Win 7 Professional. Found out within minutes I needed home edition to get it to work to upgrade from my Vista Home Edition. Contacted their support and was told if I paid for home edition I'd get payment for original download (Win 7 Professional) back. Paid $32 for home edition and downloaded it. It installed fine so 5 stars for that. As of today, 3/15/2018 still have not been refunded the $35 paid for the Professional edition. This despite again contacting support about the issue on 3/1/2018, this time via email. Downgrading to 2 stars for poor customer service.

Boo to WinSupplier
So I did actually work with Microsoft to get the product key to work, but this was about a 3 day process. As for winsupplier, don't expect any kind of customer service. When I first called, their number did not work. A few days later, it rang but no one answered. I had an initial email answered, then nothing after that. There is no type of online chat or anything available. I wanted Windows 7 and unfortunately Microsoft does not offer these product keys, it is all in all a bad situation but I would not recommend winsupplier based on their complete lack of customer service.

Scam.
i bought both office 2016 and a windows 7 key from them and neither work. Their support seems like they want to help but they refuse to refund or actually fix the problem. I have wasted about 90 dollars on this scam, don't be like me.

Upgrade issue solved
Bought Win 7 Ultimate, current OS Win7 pro. Unable to upgrade with Win7 Ultimate. IT support was very helpful, after sharing my screen, support solved the issue. Was beyond my ability to solve. No problems using them again.

Winsupplier for Windows and Keys
I have purchased 1 Windows 10 and 4 Window s 7's from Winsupplier so far. I refurbish PC's that are given to FISH (food for designated poor and cheap, cheap clothing for all) as well as other PC's that are given to me. I give the refurbished PC's to families that just can't out and out afford to buy them.

I am now working on an additional PC for FISH to use and have had my first problem, where I could not activate Windows 7. I contacted Winsupplier and they advised me to try the "change the key" option and, if necessary, to try the "telephone" (automated) option and, if they both failed, to contact Winsupplier again.

I found that the telephone system was successful the Windows 7 is now activated.

I have no reason to doubt the integrity of Winsupplier or of any reason to quit buying from them.

Not a scam, it's second-hand software and it works
I bought a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium for like fifteen bucks. The way they are able to do this is by selling second-hand software, so (at least in my case), the product key they provided to me didn't work to activate the product. I had to select the "Use automated phone system" for activation, type in a long code that was provided to me, and the software activated right away using the installation ID. I did get a pretty rapid email response (which I didn't see in my inbox), and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was helpful and courteous. Is it as reliable as buying first-hand products from Microsoft? Probably not. But it doesn't appear to be a scam.

Winsupplier won't even answer phone so I can buy
I would NOT buy from this company. I have been trying for days to buy windows 7 Professional. Bellow is copied from their website. I have called them a lot of times during their hours of operation to ask them some questions before I buy. Never did they answer the phone. Not once did they answer the phone. I don't even think they have a Voicemail. I let it ring like 50x almost every time I called. If I have this much trouble getting a hold of them trying to buy the product I can't imagine trying to get a hold of them for help or for your "Activation guaranteed or your money back" You don't have to believe me though number is right bellow try to get a hold of them.
