We do have a mobile app that you can use to make and receive calls. Also, recordings and SMS are emailed to you for your convenience.
However, Analytics and managing call routing is done so through your desktop or mobile browser.
Note taken regarding having all of the features available in the convenience of a mobile app.
This will certainly be considered. We are constantly developing our application with the customer in mind so any feedback is appreciated as it is important for our development road map.
