Bad experience from start to end
I had a terrible experience ordering furniture from Voga.com from start to end. I would advise to stay away from this shop until they get their act together.
1) It's not clear on their site that they don't deliver the goods and the ordering process does not tell you explicitly. When asked by mail about what options they propose they said they could not be involved in the delivery, they didn't even provide the address of the warehouse until I asked. So I went to the trouble of getting quotes from different logistic companies. Later it turned out they *do* have a preferred logistic partner (DSV) which was very professional and offers reasonable prices.
2) The furniture I ordered was supposed to be delivered in 10 weeks. In the end it took 7 months to get it. I was not notified of this until I enquired.
3) When the furniture arrived it was badly cracked in 3 places (might be the logistic partner's fault). I started a discussion with them about possible solutions. They were responsive for 2 days and then went silent for 17 days.
4) At this day, I still have no news. Whenever I send an email I get an automatic reply with a ticket number that refers me to their support site. However, I can't login into that site because it is configured with a password that is not the same as their main site and cannot be reset by me. In other words: I can't see the ticket information.
