I had the VizTechie on the line for a great length of time today. They were extremely patient and solved my problem in a very methodical way . The ‘Remote Access’ is a great way for the suffering user to see the steps being taken throughout the process, initially I thought it was difficult to type on the keyboard while juggling the phone handset, and I am going to make sure I can wear a headset and be hands free!

I have had several 'issues' that were easily fixed by 'calling on' the Viz Techie support members. They KNIOW what they are doing... and they get the work/fixes completed in short order. I have NEVER had an issue that was not resolved for me!

I have depended on VizTechie almost from the beginning when Microsoft handed over support questions. Success with these questions led to signing up for annual relationships. The skill level over the remote connection is normally as good as I have ever experienced. Note, the service is available 24/7. #viztechie

Where do you go when you need help from a company? For instance a widget is broken or a site isn’t doing what you want it to, or you just need help with any number of things. More often than not, your desire for information leads you to Google where you type in your query and you get a support center. A great support center is where your customers can go to find answers to commonly asked questions and if it’s done well it should be packed with useful information. If you set it up right and take the time to customize it, your support center can also be a seamless extension of your brand.

And for all the above , I got one solution "viztechie.com", Truly the best technician i ever deal with. Five Star guys .. Thanks
