2Horrible customer serviceTeresa M.2017-06-17 16:17So I ordered something from them on May 26 2017. May 30th I get email saying it has shipped and the wrong size ring sent on email when I asked for a 10. I emailed them over 11 times since May 30th. Last email I sent was yesterday on June 16th 2017. I told them that if i didn't hear from them in 24 hours, then i was pressing charges since I had no contact, no reply, no number to reach them,and they had taken my money. The man finally replied back after I threatened him with charges to tell me to go ahead and he would counter sue for false claims!!!! I mean really 11 emails and 2 Facebook messages later and this jerk comes back with that. I did get my tracking number but from its saying is it's in Thailand still!!!! This was supposed to have shipped on May 30th now so I don't understand why it's not in America yet. The man is a condescending a**. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the worst shopping experience in my life. And now I'm going to have a ring that doesn't even fit.
1VikingbrandsAnonymous2017-01-04 10:54I am surprised at the lack of communication from company and seller. Several attempts to determine if company actually is still in business. I am in the process of cancelling my order. I will file a complaint against this company and seller with PayPal
1Poor serviceAnonymous2016-09-19 00:35I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and have not received my items. I have sent numerous emails to the company, as well as messages to their Facebook page, and received no responses at all. I will be filing a claim with my bank and demanding a refund for all of the items. I will never be doing business with VikingsBrand again.
