We were sorry to learn that the particular item you purchased from us was not up to the standard you expected and we offered you a full refund on that basis.
While we respect your opinion on the item you purchased, we do feel that using this to imply that *all* of the items on our site are in some way sub-standard is rather unfair.
We have taken great care to include accurate images and descriptions on our site – but sometimes these cannot replace having the product actually ‘in front of you’.
We always endeavour to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases but there will inevitably be occasions when expectations are not fully met and we always attempt to rectify these in a professional and courteous way.
