They do not live up to their word.
So I registered with your "club" in order to receive $10.00 off of my order. When I went to place my order, I did not get the $10 off. I called your customer service line and was told that I had to wait for an hour or so for the email. It has been 3+ hours and I have yet to receive this email. With all things considered, why should I do business with a company that can't live up to promises it makes before my first order was even placed? I have used both Summit and Jegs repeatedly in the past for parts and it looks like I will continue to do so. They don't seem to have any problem living up to their word. Even though it is only $10 off, it is much more important for me that a company lives up to their word, and it seems like you are either unable or unwilling to do that. Running my own small custom and restoration shop, I make it an absolute and unbreakable point to follow through on my promises, but I guess that your company does not. Your company is not the first that I refuse to do business with, but it seems like it will be the latest.
