Had a tech install it. So far so good. Although. I installed my system in an external garage that doesn't have insulation so it's having to work harder but so far it's doing a great job. The only exception will be this one time I had about 6 people in the garage it seemed to struggle a little but then again I give it the benefit of the doubt because it is a garage.

just a some miscommunication
purchased mini split system, on the order i specified 9000 btu and 12000 btu units with 16 ft lines for the 9000 and 25 for the 12000. i found out shipping was delayed because someone didn't know which line set went with which indoor unit. when it arrived the outdoor wall mounting kit was not included. i called and was told it be sent the next day. as it turned out the kit arrived later the same day the units arrived and was delivered to the house. the units were delivered to the fedex terminal and had to be picked up there because a tractor trailer could not deliver to the house. all turned out okay in the end. just some miscommunication. and yes,i would recommend sogoodtobuy to everyone

Shipping delays and missing components
Ordered units on August 23. Promised delivery by middle of following week (August 30.) Email August 25 said shipment ready. Scheduled installer for September 4 allowing for extra time. August 31, email said items shipped. Rescheduled installation for September 7 because of the delay. I check the Fedex site every day. There was no additional information. On September 7 I saw that delivery was scheduled for the next day. I called the installer and once again had to change the installation date to now the 11th, a full 12 days after the original promise.

If the problems ended here, I would not be writing this. Shipping delays can happen. But not getting the two 25 foot line sets I had paid extra for was definitely not to be expected. I had not the time to unpack the entire shipment on the 8th. When the installer came on Monday we discovered that two line sets were missing. He than had to go and get them locally on my "dime." Then it turned out that the ends were different from the specs I got from the site. After three delays for the installation, I was in no position to argue with my installer. He had to go out and get different line sets. Then I called SoGoodtoBuy to explain the shortage. The agent decided that I was only due $80 despite paying $100 extra for the two longer sets beyond the included 16 ft. sets that I never got. The website lists the two 25 foot lines at $90 each. I believe at a minimum I was due $180 instead of the $80 I received. When I called back to complain they decided to give me $20 more. This appears to be a simple falsehood since it's been 11 days and no additional refund.

Additionally, the delays and shipping errors cost me half a day of installation fees (at $800 per day) and two weeks of peak summer air conditioning.

I have to say the the price of the units was very competitive and the units operate extremely well, much better than my other Mitsubishi units.

System was missing critical parts and technical support gave me the incorrect info to problems that caused more trouble, system will not work? Technical support won't respond to emails or calls, an very disappointed and upset, tried to call management but they won't answer phone??? Worthless piece of machinery !!!!!!!
