We never received it in time for Christmas so I canceled the order and requested a refund. I never got the refund so I called again twice and asked for my refund again and they still never sent it even though they said they were. I will never order from sky all again! I would have given 0 stars if it were possible.
3Good concept...Anonymous2017-01-28 10:50The concept of the device is great. However, how to put it on without it twisting, flipping inside out, or having it stick straight out in the back is still a mystery to me.
1worst experienceAnonymous2017-01-23 07:33I placed an order and within a 1/2 hour I wanted to cancel the order as I had found the item on another site for a better price. So I contacted customer service to cancel and didn't get a response for 3 days after I initially contacted them asking me for the order #, which I had provided previously. After about 3 more emails (over the course of 3 days) asking for the order # and additional information, I was told that the order could not be cancelled and I would have to wait until I received the product and return it to the company that shipped, on my own dime. I returned the product within 2 days of receiving it. It took 2 weeks to hear from the shipping company about receiving the return and then I was told by the shipping company that I had to contact Skymall to get my credit. I was then told that it would take 10-14 business days to receive my credit. All tolled, it took like 45 days from the day I placed the order to get my refund. After all this, I will NEVER use them again.
1Returned Item but Never Received RefundAnonymous2017-01-21 13:45I purchased a tree topper, not realizing how small it was. I returned the item with all the required documentation but never received a refund or even an acknowledgment that they had received my return.
1No confirmation email or updatesAnonymous2017-01-19 22:33I placed my order but recieved no confirmation email. No updates on when it was shipped and couldn't track my package because i had no numer to track it with. Plus it arived after i left for my trip.
1Horrible, charged 30 days back haven't receivedAnonymous2017-01-17 09:15this site and their customer service sucks. sorry it's just not possible to find any other words. this is a horrible place to shop and promise not to do it again. although i have been charged 30 days back i haven't received my product and haven't received my product. i am down to reporting fraud transaction to my credit card. they don't even provide status update on the order... that's stoneage..
