Zero stars, this place is a scam.
Zero stars. Order stuff and they don’t even ship it, but they take your money. Guarantee Christmas delivery. It’s January and still not even shipped.

Ripped me Off
I ordered from them on Dec 12th , was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I to this day, still DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER !! They of course took my money.....$98.45 , and after NUMEROUS EMAILS AND MESSAGES, I finally got 2 brief replys from them. One was Sorry....guess it's lost in the mail , the other was oh, I'll check with customer service and get back to you !
CHRISTMAS IS OVER, THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE WITHOUT A GIFT, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP !!!!
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE .

Disappointed
Placed my order for my mom's Christmas gift early in December and to this date I have not received my items. I've sent several of emails and have got no response. I now have to take this further and report this as fraud to bank. This company is a SCAM do not purchase from them.

Very disappointed in service.
I ordered 6 items by their "guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas" date. The scheduled delivery date was 2 days ago. This is the last day in my rural area to get parcels delivered from USPS. It isn't here. These are ALL Christmas gifts. I have used the tracking number provided and it really appears that they have 'generated' a shipping label but never actually handed my parcel of the the post office. I work for the post office and can see exactly when and how the parcel has been scanned but it hasn't been scanned at all. Very disappointed. I now have to find replacement gifts. And I will probably refuse the delivery and have my credit card rescind the payment. I have sent 3 emails with no acknowledgement at all. :(

Awful!
I ordered a necklace for my mom and accidentally clicked on one of their "deals" in the checkout and I wasn't able to change my order, so I got charged for 2 necklaces.... I only wanted one. Well when I emailed them, they said no big deal they'd fix it and give them 5-10 days for my money to go back through. So I waited and waited and finally after 8 days I emailed them and told them I still haven't received my refund. So it took them 2 days to email me back and the girl (or guy) who emailed me back was rude and snotty and told me to stop being impatient. Well, wouldn't you know my order came the other day, and guess who got 2 necklaces? Yepp, that's right me. So now I'm out 30 bucks for this necklace I didn't want. DO NOT order from them. Their products are cheaply made and their customer service SUCKS.

Scam artists
Scam artists! I took the bait on the Facebook Ad unfortunately.
I wanted one necklace - when you go to checkout, they spam you with multiple offers. I decided to take them up on one of the offers and add a second necklace for 50% off - no chance to review the order before submitting. When I reviewed the order confirmation, I saw that I was actually getting 3 necklaces. Tried to cancel - have been unable to. Received a confirmation a day later that the necklaces have shipped. My card has been charged for all 3. Impossible to get anyone to respond to emails (other than one asking why I wanted to cancel - no responses to my explanation and they went ahead and shipped anyway).
