A trip of a lifetime!!!
As a travel agent, Secret Italia is a company I can trust to provide the best quality tour for the best value. All the details are pleasantly handled by them. Their company is a class act and well organized! Aldo and Katrin are pros at making everything flow seamlessly.
John and I decided to join our friends on this tour. We had a large group of 35 people! We decided to split the large group into two groups for easier access to sites and hotels. The tour was totally stress-free for me because everything was planned to perfection by Secret Italia. All we had to do was enjoy...enjoy the scenery, enjoy the food and wine and enjoy traveling with great companions!
Rosaria was our amazing tour guide. She was a lot of fun, knowledgeable and passionate about the places we visited. She also had a great sense of humor! She made every minute festive and memorable. We were able to get close to the wonderful Sicilian people, landscapes and the unique way of life because she made it possible.
The food was outstanding in Sicily. We all especially enjoyed our meal with the Sicilian family in their lovely home! We were amazed at all the extra perks that Secret Italia included in our tour. There was never a dull moment! It was truly a trip of a lifetime!
A big hug and thanks goes out to Aldo and Katrin! We all took home many fond memories and several extra pounds, not all of which was in our luggage!!

Secret Italia Sicily Tour Absolutely THE BEST!!
Aldo, Sorry for my delay but I came home to a wedding and out of town guests! I have nothing but the highest praise for Rosaria and the entire trip you planned for us in Sicily Apr 16-27! It far exceeded my expectations and I know that much of that is in the planning on your part, but we especially loved Rosaria. She has such exceptional charm, knowledge, and a love of Sicily. She was engaging, witty, and extremely exuberant EVERY SINGLE day! We never tired of her vivacious enthusiasm. Surely she is THE BEST and we felt so very lucky to have her be our guide! The hotels were all superb. Loved especially the Villa Schuler and the Maniace in Siracusa. The country hotel with its lovely gardens and view of the temples was special too. We liked staying in one place more than one night, and 3 or 4 nights in these fine places were terrific. Antonio was a safe and fun bus driver. His smile greeted us each day, and the comfortable Mercedes bus with seat chargers for our phones and devices was a bonus! The food was amazing, and so plentiful that after a 4-course lunch, we could not eat supper, but gelato was never far away. So, in this way it was very economical. I think I only paid to have a meal out once or twice, and it was never as good as the ones Secret Italia had provided. We loved the experience of having a meal with a Sicilian family, as well as the beautiful meal at the vineyard and the wine and olive oil tasting with the Baron. You have truly captured the best of Sicily, and I will recommend this company to many friends. Please know that we all left Sicily after many beautiful sights and wonderful experiences, but we will especially carry our friendship with Rosaria in our hearts forever! We hope she will come visit us in Charleston, SC. Please share this with her. Best wishes for many more perfect Sicily trips!

One of the best tours we have ever taken!
The Secret Italia tour of Sicily was one of the best tours we have ever taken! We went in October 2017. The combination of sites, activities, accommodations and meals gave us a great view of the history and culture of Sicily. The tour guide, Francesca was awesome. She provided a great deal of information and background as we moved around the island. She also was very attentive to any personal need that a guest had. At the various sites, there were local guides who provided in-depth explanations and were also very good. The tour was listed as a “small group” tour and there were 6 of us. The accommodations were 3 city hotels and one farm. The hotels were all well located in a central part of town that meant for easy walks on our own during free time. Breakfast was included, as were several other meals. There was a good mixture of lunches and dinners together, where typical Sicilian food was served, and opportunities to explore on our own at other times. Francesca was always ready with several suggestions if we wanted them. She seemed to have friends all across the island!
