We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our customers usually receive their items in 10 days maximum. You've placed your order 2 weeks and not 3 weeks ago, and It unfortunately seems that you didn't pay attention to the shipping note on our store that says that we'll stop the shipping process temporarily because of the Chinese New Year's holidays that started in Feb, 16th and ended 2 days ago. Suppliers and logistic companies in China face usually 2 weeks processing and shipping delays, and this issues applies on almost all online stores. We've also sent you a confirmation request email, but we didn't receive any answer from you so far. Can you please provide us with the email address you are contacting us through, so that we can fix this misunderstanding.
As I told you before your package is already delivered to your given address. However, if you haven't received it yet, we'd advise you to contact the carrier (Local Post Office) to arrange a re-delivery, collect your item or to have further information about the real issue.
