I ordered 2 bundles of Peruvian Kinky Straight with a 360 frontal and made a wig. Wow is this some thick bundles. As long as you take care of it, it stays soft. Everyone thinks its my hair. Its been 2 months of every day wear and the 360 sheds, especially from the tugging everday, but it still looks full It also looks very natural and the hairline as well.Keep it moisturized and its good. Customer service was excellent. My order was delivered quickly. I wanted a specific texture that they didnt have in bundles. Spoke to customer service and I received it in 4 days.

Awful experience
I am not reviewing the products as I never received them. I am reviewing my experience with the store. I placed an order with this store because their website said they would deliver between 2 to 4 business days. I made an appointment with my hairdresser, keeping this timeframe in mind. 5 days later, my order was still "processing." I wrote to them to inquire about the order of the status, they tell me it is a large order they will have it ready by the end of the week and it is Monday. Mind you, I ordered 3 bundles of hair (not even custom) that they say they have in stock. I cannot wait until the end of the week to do my hair because well, I have other important things that are already pre-scheduled. I ask them to cancel the order. They tell me I have to pay a 20% cancelation fee. They send me a link to their cancelation policy which does not address orders that they cannot deliver on time. I point this out to the customer service agent I have been chatting with. He/she pretends like they did not read my comment and tell me they will send me a cancelation form that I have to sign so they can charge me the 20% cancelation fee and that they will work on improving. My order was a total of $482.97 so they will be charging me about $97 for an order that they could not deliver on time. I would not mind paying this if I were canceling because I changed my mind about purchasing. I do not like giving my money to crooks. Take my $97 today and miss out on the thousands that I spend a year on buying hair.

Like many companies , we reserve the rights to our policies. However there was some miscommunication here. As you were not charged anything.
