Jean, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have sent another eGift card in an attempt to resolve this. Thousands of GiftKash emails are delivered successfully every month, but on a rare occasion we have a problem with one being filtered by an email service provider. It appears that is the case with yours, as the merchant informed us the second one was not delivered either.
If you could please provide an alternate email address from another email service to us at email@example.com we will send you another and should be able to resolve this quickly.
