Would recommend
I received the barbarian beard I ordered today and I'm super impressed with the quality and it's awesome! The shipping was also fast I ordered and received it in less than a week!

Scam, avoid
Looks like scam. I've placed order and did not reactive product for over 2 months. Responses from customer support seams fake as well (package lost in transit while package number provided by them did not exist in tracking system at all). Seen a lot of other comments on Facebook from people with similar experience (they got exactly the same responses form "customer service" word to word)

we are sorry that your experience with us wasn't pleasant. We've already refunded you few days after this review. I can ensure you our intention never was to scam you or anyone else.

There was a period of time after Christmas where we due to a system issue, we weren't able to react fast enough on these requests and kept many customers on hold, one of them was unfortunately you.

I can ensure you that I personally made sure that we fixed the system issue and this won't ever happen again to anyone as we now stick to strict 24 hours reply policy and every single customer gets a reply within 24 hours.

Also please keep in mind that any shipment can get lost, that just happens. We always offer reshipment or refund as two options in such cases.

You are absolutely right about the emails looking the same, that's a common customer support practice for the same type of questions companies reply to. It saves time and allows companies to serve customers quicker. Even Trustedsite.com system offers us a "canned responses" feature directly in here.

Once again, I'm deeply sorry and hope that I clarified the whole unfortunate situation.

displaying security badges is a common practice amongst all websites and there's nothing wrong with it

We pride ourselves on running on a 100% safe platform Shopify and using PayPal as a payment method, there's really nothing that can go wrong with those two.

Feel free to send us email if you need further information on our store's security.

Anyway thank you for the feedback, we will try to implement clickable badges, so you can literally see how safe our site is. This is gonna be a great improvement for us.

Yes up with Foxstark
It's all stuff from America and the ads are intrusive. Some things are good and some are awful. Some are much more expensive than in the U.K. If I'm interested in anything I look for it here; on Amazon, or eBay etc. I'd rather not get the ads though and I never signed up to the site. I'm going to block it if possible.

Very disappointed
Bought the thug life sunglasses and it's been 2 months and nothing. Looks like there was a problem in the middle of the way and now looks like they just forgot about it. They dont even answer my emails anymore about how much time do I still need to wait or a option to refund me. Very very disappointed.
