Gym mats
Can't fault the product.
But the customer service....pffftttt!

But after ordering and paying for 12 mats. 8 arrived, phoned to see what was going on and told over the phone that I only ordered 8. Even though my invoice said 12.
Then they realised there was a 2nd part to the order (although 12 were paid for in 1 transcation)

Blamed delivery firm straight away and promised to call me back. Over an hour later I heard nothing do had to call them.
After many phone calls (some answered and some not) and an email The final 4 arrived 3 working days after the first 8 as they had to send them out again.

I'm afraid once an item leaves us it is in the hands of the postal service, as I'm sure everyone has experienced when they have posted something. We normally have to wait 14 days for an item to be declared lost, so I'm very pleased to hear you got yours so quickly after we found out the item was missing.
We are a family run business and have been short staffed so I can only apologise that the phone wasn't answered in time. We work very hard to ensure our customers have a good experience and I'm very sorry we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.

Still awaiting a credit for the carriage charge of £5.99 despite being told by the man who answers the phone that he would do it "now".
I did not want express delivery and when I ordered the mat I did not see any choice for delivery and so therefore thought standard delivery was the default.
