I purchased a Hoverboard that was defective and I called them right away when I received it and they told me to send back and they would replace it but they never did and now almost a year later and after a few complaints through BBB and attorney general I never received a new one or even my money back. Now, they're just ignoring my calls emails, etc. never buy from these people, they are a rip off and now I'm forced to file a lawsuit. Horrible company & liars!!!!
1DecievesAnonymous2017-01-16 15:28Bought my son a empire USA hoverboardusa because they stated it was made in the USA bought it on 11/25/2016 I did revive it however it does not hold a charge and if it does it is for about 10 minutes . Went to the Web site and they r now closed down so upset because their purchase was a but if a stretch for us this holiday season I guess I could try my bank and see if they'll refund me but I doubt it I am concerned if I keep trying the charge I just may bole one of those that does explode. Lesson. Learned. Also very irritated Amazon listed this item

As alot of you know my family has had a pretty rough year. Thanks to a lot of you we have been able to survive without giving up more than a liver. Mandy made a lot of online purchases for Christmas presents for our daughter. This company took our money and many others and closed its doors. Thank you electric empire usa for screwing the hell out of the Christmas spirit and costing us more hard earned money.
1THUMBS DOWN!!! This is Heart breakingAnonymous2016-12-15 17:24I ordered my hoover board on 12/4. They did take the money right away. Immediately I received an email with a processing notice. Two days later a shipping notice saying a tracking number would soon follow. I never received it! Left both messages and emails with no response back. Saturday 12/10 Fed Ex delivered my board. I am very sorry this has happened to everyone. People have no heart or care. This is straight robbery! I also recommend the company to a friend with twin boys before my order came of course. Well she is now in dispute with her bank due to this mess. They should have to pay each and everyone of you. Not your bank or credit card company.

1DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYAnonymous2016-12-13 16:33Whatever you do, DO NOT listen to the positive ratings about this Company. I NEVER write reviews, but this company is Horrible. I ordered a Hoverboard for my son on November the 21st. It is December the 13 and I have heard nothing from the Company. I have e-mailed and called everyday since December the 3rd with absolutely no response. I am contacting my bank to reconcile the issue. Hopefully I just didn't lose $200.
PLEASE, Please, Please do not use this company to buy anything.
You will be sorry.
