I literally am sick right now, I purchased two hoverboards on 12/04/2016 for my boys for Christmas, I have been checking website daily and decided to email customer service. Today I hop on their website and it pops up that I need to contact my bank and attempt to seize payment cause the company has closed down. I'm so angry right now, has anyone else disputed this charge to their bank and actually gotten it back?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ELECTRICEMPIREUSA.COM
My wife ordered on 11/30/2016 and the payment was posted to our account on 12/5/2016. We have made multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone (left multiple vm msg's). NO CONTACT or response. The business is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau and has an F rating (see https://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/toys-retail/electricempireusa-in-fort-lauderdale-fl-90309593 ). So far all I find is the planted reviews about 174 days ago. Just contacted my Credit Union, they are initiating a fraud investigation. Fortunately, we have a great Credit Union and they will be giving our money back. I hope that everyone is able to get theirs back as well and this illegitimate business is brought to a halt.

DO NOT BUY
We purchased a 6.5" Purple Hoverboard from this company on 10/29. When we finally received the item on 11/15 it was black. From 11/16 until present (12/4) we have called and written repeatedly and heard nothing back from this company. At first all I wanted was to exchange the item as this seemed like a relatively simple fix. But after 3 weeks, ElectricEmpire could not be bothered to return a single phone call or email.

I highly recommend NOT doing any business with this company. If they don't get your order correct, you'll be lucky to ever hear from them again.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and at this point just hope I can get my money back.

Horrible service
I ordered 2 Hoverboards on Nov 14th. The website advertised 2-3 day free shipping. As of today Dec 4th, I have not received my products or any verification that they have shipped. I have called several times & emailed them constantly but no response. I made a dispute with my bank on these charges & waiting to hopefully get reimbursed. This has to be a fraudulent company, scamming people out of their money. Now my boys may not have the one Christmas gift that they wanted more than anything. Please do not do business of any kind with this company

A+ Customer Service. Fast Shipping.
We ordered this item as a gift for our grandson. After placing the order, we received the hoverboard within 3 business days. The customer service staff was very helpful and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great Hooverboard
My daughter loves her board so much. We received the wrong color in the mail but regardless she still loves it. Thinking about getting my son one now also.

Now what do we do??? I have 3 hover boards that were sent but are useless. PLUS two which I have never received. I am out $1,000.00 and nobody to turn to...PLEASE HELP

Website shut down
If you have not received your order you need to contact your credit card company. The website states it will not send anymore orders. I contacted mine yesterday.

DONT ORDER STAY AWAY!!
This is a scam they don't answer emails or calls I put in a transaction dispute they don't keep their promise ur order don't shipped out the same day they say they do all lies plz go somewhere else .

horrible company!!!!
I ordered a gold and purple hoverboard on 11/19 and it's 12/9!!! We tried contacting the company many many times and still no response! I was getting it for my two daughters and they were sad when I told them I could not get ahold of the company and we probably won't get the boards. I do
not recommend this company and they took my money the day I ordered the boards!!!!!!! I would not put one star I would put zero!!!!
