I was using ejuice connect exclusively for juice without any problems. Then i decided to get a new tank and some extra coils from them and was severely disappointed. I received the wrong coils, no big deal, may have even been my fault. So I sent an email and got a response that didnt even come close to answering my question about exchanging them. So I sent another email asking again. I have yet to hear back. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

We take pics of all of our outgoing orders and when an error on our part has been made, we promptly correct it.
They are more than happy to screw you over!
Absolutely no customer service, as in they simply don't care. There is no accountability to their mistakes, when they screw up, they screw you. Save your money and shop somewhere else, it's not worth the risk as you very well may not receive what you ordered, rather a surplus item that's similar.

Don't buy your hardware from here
I ordered a SMOK mod starter kit and was delighted with the mod initially. Shipping was held up a bit but it was due to inclement weather in their area as far as I could tell from the USPS updates. The mod was great but started malfunctioning after 3 weeks and before day 30 it was completely dead. I went on the site to look at submitting for an exchange to see that apparently their site doesn't handle manufacturer's warranty-no big deal. So I went to the manufacturer's site and emailed in to learn that their site states sellers of their product MUST warranty the products and the manufacturer will pay the seller directly for any warranties. They also state to let them know if any seller is not complying with this.
So I am currently going back and forth with them trying to get this issue resolved since apparently Ejuiceconnect is not handling this issue correctly although after reading these reviews it looks like that is a recurring issue and must be the reason for their too-good-to-be-true low pricing.

I order some juice from ejuice on Nov 28th they had a coupon for 20% off that said it was expired when I put it in. but on the coupon it said it was good till the 30th i used the 2 day shipping that costed me almost 9$ which brought my price to the same price that I would have paid if I would have went to my local vape store so it's not really wholesaling if i am paying the same price
They had it shipped out by the next morning. But here it is Dec 2 and I still have not received my juice. I called USPS and was on the phone for over a hour to find out that they do not refund or take care of any problems due to shipping that ejuice is the ones that paid them for the service not me. That to get a hold of ejuice about this problem, I have been emailing and sending messages about both of my problems and not even one person has messaged me back. If customer service is your all's primarily concern then why haven't I've heard from anyone about my problems. No sorry ,no we will make it right nothing. I just want to thank ejuice for all there hard work at customer satisfaction. I don't thank I can name any other place that shows there customers that they want there services more then ejuice.

Worst customer service !
I did not authorize a transaction!!! Worst customer service I am not able to speak with anyone and Ive emailed all night and morning and have yet to receive a reply !

Thieves and crooks. Run while you can.
This company sent me the wrong order and refused to make it right. Instead they posted my email, home address, and debit information on their facebook page and blocked me. They are low life people and they will rip you off.

Worst e juice site ever! Complete ripe off!
Never order from this site. I placed a 2 day rush order 7 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. My first time using them and I'll never use them again. Please keep your money because they areripe offs!

Wrong order and No Customer Service
This website has great prices and is great for placing an order. The problem is my order was incorrect. I have uses the site to "Contact Us" twice and I haven't received a response. I finally managed to find their phone number buried on their site (for those interested it's 866-535-8423) and left a voicemail. I haven't received a response. I used Facebook Messenger to send a message. Still no response.

If you want to risk it, order here. I won't again. I've now left a review on their site and here. Next, I'll be disputing the charges with my bank and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Worst place ever
I ordered a package and have not received it. I emailed customer service and they told me it wasn’t their problem. I called usps and they opened a case and put an investigation on the package. The tracking I was given was not going to my address or they gave me the wrong number for my package. I can’t get a hold of anyone. This company is terrible with customer service and if you can’t answer your customers and be responsible for your screw ups you won’t have any. It’s not the postal service who put the wrong address on the label. You did

Nonexistent customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
You may get a great price on your order, but with that price comes terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from this company again. They were responsive initially, then decided to start ignoring me.

I ordered a mod and had it sent to the wrong address. My fault totally. I had it returned to sender, and it landed at their local post office where it's for some reason been stuck for over a month. Spent hours on the phone with USPS trying to resolve the issue. I asked if they had received it and USPS just didn't update? No response. I said, since they were the sender, it would be great if they could put in a claim on the package since it was insured... No response. I'm still out money until that package gets returned, if it ever does. My only recourse was requesting a charge back through my financial institution. That will take potentially months more.

In the meantime, I made the mistake of ordering the exact same product while the first one got sorted out. Received, used, loved it for about a month until it started malfunctioning and being only intermittently usable when it felt like it. Smok quality as I've come to expect it. I've emailed twice now about the condition of my still new product to get them to return the product under warranty. Again, silent treatment. Next step is try to get manufacturer to accept the return, and after that, they'll have to deal with another charge back. Beyond that, I'll be filing an attorney general complaint. It would be so much easier for all parties if they'd simply respond to my emails and accommodate my reasonable requests, but if we have to take the hard road then that's what we'll do.

I hate being adversarial, but when I've sent money to your company and you ignore me, you leave me no choice. Once I resolve my issues with the company, I'm going to pretend they never existed and advise anyone who cares not to gamble their money on this sketchy retailer.

WE do everything in our power to to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for USPS mis deliveries when the wrong address is input on the order. We do not cover manufacturer warrantoes, but will accept returns, at our discretion, within a certain time frame as we have no idea what has happened to the product after weeks of use.
