Hi Annette, thanks for your honest feedback. Our US service does offer pre-population of all forms to save the repetitive data entry. We are looking at rolling out this upgrade to our Canadian, Australian and UK sites in early 2018. Sorry for the extra time these customers need to spend in manual form completion!
