Motivating Energy
Alexa is an awesome trainer! Her passion for training is obvious in the energy, expertise, and creativity she brings to every workout. She knows her stuff, catching the detailed adjustments I need to make my movements the most effective. And the variety of exercises she uses makes me wonder each session what new things I'll learn that day. She knows how to push me and challenge me, but is always attuned to what I'm capable of that day, somehow knowing just how much and when to push me and when not to. And her energy is infectious and really keeps me motivated and striving to reach my goals. I can't imagine a better trainer!

Form fixes
Best. Trainer. Ever. Whatever your goals are in the gym. She can help. Significantly improved all of my lifts just by her teaching me how to properly lift. There were certain little tweaks I had to adjust and she knew what exactly what to fix. Seriously. Definitely worth your while. 🙏🏼🤙🏽

I originally had the 4 week at-home plan and loved it so much I purchased the 4 week gym plan and I LOVED it! I felt so confident and strong after her workouts! She’s so personable and really fits everything to what you want to work on! She really cares about her clients :)

Great workout plan
I bought the men’s advanced strength plan. I was sore after every workout (in a good way). I enjoyed that the exercises in the plan target multiple muscles so even on back day I could feel my arms being engaged. All exercises have good YouTube demonstrations so even if you’re new to working out (like I was) you can do it correctly and safely
