I ordered my mom some flowers for Mother’s Day. They LIED and said they delivered them sent a email saying they were delivered told 1800 flowers that they were delivered by email. Until they called them today Monday the day AFTER and they said they TRIED to deliver them but no one was there. My mom was waiting around all day looking at everyone else in her building get flowers waiting on hers to arrive. She even missed a dinner with her friend waiting on a delivery that never made it. Then today had the never to send some BROWN tipped flowers and medium size and I PAID for a LARGE! Very disappointed in this service me being out of state wanting to do something nice for my Mom on Mother’s DAY not the day AFTER 🙁
