We have been sending gifts for 15 years and frequently get calls from recipients who do not know who the sender is. Our staff are trained and will never confirm or deny the recipients guesswork. We are very sorry to see that in this case you feel we have provided your personal information and I can assure you this would not be the case. We have however reiterated to all staff the importance of this and that the only comment that can be made is “no comment”.
