Cancelled order and will not communicate
Placed boardshort order understanding it would take up to 12 business days to arrive. Never received confirmation so on the 9th business day I emailed to check on them.
The customer service rep explained they were out of stock and were making a pair. Because they had yet to be shipped I questioned when I would receive a tracking number.
From that point on, the person answering my emails became nasty.
When I asked again, the estimated shipping date - they cancelled my order and have refused to answer any further emails from me.
How does a company survive if they get angry at customers?
How does a company employ customer service reps who alienate the customers?
