Works well but connectors caught fire
Really pleased with it. I bought this on a flight to Spain and have used it on a number of occasions, but last week at a customer site I was charging the JUUCEE 13000 from my PC, smelt smoke and saw that the connector was smoking... luckily the juucee is fine and i removed the connector in time, but needless to say and embarrassing thing to happen at a customer site and not as safe as I would have expected.

Angry customer
I bought it on easyJet flight for £28. Worked okay until recently, but fail to recharge the battery to full capacity for further use. When connected to a power source, after a while, four blue led lights indicate that device is fully charged but when disconnected after almost 24hrs., only one led light was on.
Help please???

Already breaking.

Paid £20 on BA for this and you sell them for £10.99, who makes what profit??
Not impressed, tried it on my laptop to i pad and got an error message, Apple does not support this device!

Assistance requires
I bought the bitmore smart buds on the EasyJet flight yesterday afternoon for £25. Having charged the earphones to use today there was no sound coming through the left buds!
Can you help with this please?

poor quality - broke after couple of months
Bought this in April 2017 on an easyjet flight and was initially pleased however, it stopped working in June so it was a waste of money.

Bought this on an easyjet flight for £28 . Doesn't work, nothing, so will be returning it on my flight home, was told it would work immediately otherwise I wouldn't have bought it in the first place, didnt want to give any stars,
