Best price and service
Got my rideon truck on Friday and just want to say thanks to Aussie Bargain Bin. My boy loves it! This is the 8th product ive bought from you and every time i still cant believe how good the quality is for the price.

Awesome and fast

Great service ever, I bought a Mannequin from here but it's faulty, I contact the staff and they say sorry to me and give me a totally new one without returning the old one. They do everything just want to make me happy and I am totally happy right now. Will definitely continuing purchase more product in here <3 <3

Online convenience with Personal Service
I recently ordered an awning from Aussie Bargain Bin that I needed urgently. I was able to call them and ensure it arrived in time. Not only did a real person answer the phone straight away, but it was just like talking with the local shop owner. The personal service I received was refreshing! Often it is a choice between customer service and online convenience but Aussie Bargain Bin has both! Great job guys!

Broken Machine, Broken Promises
I ordered a Chef benchtop dishwasher from ABB on24/10/17. Waited for a week and checked my acct money had gone through, called up and was told they had a system error and my order wasn’t processed properly. ABB will send out the machine asap. Finally, dishwasher was delivered by Aus Post on 11/11/17 (Sat) but the box was partially torn and a side of the machine was dented and bent. Called up straight away and sent pics of the machine through to ABB.
The following Monday 13/11, Jas from ABB informed me via email that the distributor offered me $50 off if I accept the machine but I declined. I wanted a new replacement and they said would arrange a pick up of the machine in a FEW HOURS, because they need to have the machine returned prior to sending another one out. After second thought, I don’t really trust the delivery again and the packaging of the machine itself is problematic. I asked ABB for a refund and they said no problem.
Since then, the contact from ABB has become slower, ABB keeps telling me that they are waiting for the return labels from the distributor and Aus post is doing investigation. That’s fair enough, they should pick up the machine and have a look of how the parts were damaged, then the investigation will be thorough.
Don’t hold up my money as I really have done nothing wrong. I have been in a very passive role. I simply just want an intact dishwasher! The last update from ABB was 16/11 (thurs). I called, left voice msg and sent emails this am (20/11 Monday), no replies or any reassurance. I will go to ACCC / fair trading if this is not solved promptly and prior to Dec.

Do not use!!!
Ordered my item on the 21st oct. Tried phoning tried emailing and still no response. Cannot get a hold of them. I have checked junk email!! Have received zero communication. Have just been ignored! First time trying this company and will be the last!! If you cannot supply item give me my money back!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible communication
Terrible communication, ordered my product on the 20th of October. Still no confirmation, tried calling and emailing with no answer. Dodgy.

Regardless, I note that your first contact was less than 36 hours ago and we do have an automatic email going out to recent contacts that reads:
“Hi there,
We have received your email and will get back to you very soon;
however, we do currently have a bit of an email backlog so please
don’t panic if we don’t reply quickly. We will definitely reply to you
- it may just take a little longer than our usual couple of hours wait
Thanks for understanding and have a great day 😊”
I am very sorry that we didn’t reply to your most recent email sooner, but it would have been nice if you gave us a little more time before leaving this very damaging bad review 🙁
