DO NOT USE this company
DO NOT use this online store. We ordered a dressing table for my daughter on 4 December and did not receive it for Christmas. We are still waiting to hear back from them as they have not responded to us despite three emails. There is no phone number do you are unable to call them. The worse thing is they debited the credit card on the 5 December and now we have to lodge a dispute with our bank. A very shonky company please do not use!!!

I’ve had a look and can see only one customer who ordered a dressing table and mattress topper (which we sent immediately) on the 4/12 , so I’m guessing that was you? If yes, you have acknowledged that you’ve received our email letting you know we were out of stock on this product. We asked if you’d prefer to have it sent now that it’s in stock or whether you’d prefer a refund; however, you have not yet let us know your preference. I’ll email you again now to follow-up. Thanks.

Frustrated!
Frustrated that goods still have not been shipped. Ordered item in November and still no reply to any 5 emails sent about what's going on with my order.
Refund requested or reply to email with whatever the hold up is still waiting any reply!! Very frustrating!

Order NOT arrived & impossible to contact.
Received acknowledgement of order on November 29 and still not here by December 21. Have emailed twice and called numerous times and no response whatsoever. Supposed Live Help button is nowhere to be seen on the website.

Don't trust this business
Ordered a chicken feeder in September and still waiting to receive.
Tried calling but number disconnected.
Have emailed and waiting a reply - would be happy with delivery of goods or refund of money.

please dont buy
I ordered a kids ride -on on the 17 Nov. We only received an email for order confirmation and nothing since then. Tried ringing the number provided on their website. No answer..no voicemail.
When I emailed they said they had no stock and had already refunded which I wasnt aware of. Why could they take orders for sold item? Why didnt they call me to advise? Thank god I ordered on Kogan now so my son wont be disappointed for Christmas. They have the worse customer service and not worth ordering

Don't trust this site
Communication is not existence ordered 23/11/17 money taken sent two emails no response tried the phone number dissconnected no product received dodgy site. I would like a refund!!

No communication....
Have ordered two items on 2/11/2017. Have sent two emails and left a phone message regarding delivery. No response. Money has gone through so payment was received. Just want my goods or a refund if can’t supply.

Broken Machine, Broken Promises
I ordered a Chef benchtop dishwasher from ABB on24/10/17. Waited for a week and checked my acct money had gone through, called up and was told they had a system error and my order wasn’t processed properly. ABB will send out the machine asap. Finally, dishwasher was delivered by Aus Post on 11/11/17 (Sat) but the box was partially torn and a side of the machine was dented and bent. Called up straight away and sent pics of the machine through to ABB.
The following Monday 13/11, Jas from ABB informed me via email that the distributor offered me $50 off if I accept the machine but I declined. I wanted a new replacement and they said would arrange a pick up of the machine in a FEW HOURS, because they need to have the machine returned prior to sending another one out. After second thought, I don’t really trust the delivery again and the packaging of the machine itself is problematic. I asked ABB for a refund and they said no problem.
Since then, the contact from ABB has become slower, ABB keeps telling me that they are waiting for the return labels from the distributor and Aus post is doing investigation. That’s fair enough, they should pick up the machine and have a look of how the parts were damaged, then the investigation will be thorough.
Don’t hold up my money as I really have done nothing wrong. I have been in a very passive role. I simply just want an intact dishwasher! The last update from ABB was 16/11 (thurs). I called, left voice msg and sent emails this am (20/11 Monday), no replies or any reassurance. I will go to ACCC / fair trading if this is not solved promptly and prior to Dec.

Do not use!!!
Ordered my item on the 21st oct. Tried phoning tried emailing and still no response. Cannot get a hold of them. I have checked junk email!! Have received zero communication. Have just been ignored! First time trying this company and will be the last!! If you cannot supply item give me my money back!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible communication
Terrible communication, ordered my product on the 20th of October. Still no confirmation, tried calling and emailing with no answer. Dodgy.

Regardless, I note that your first contact was less than 36 hours ago and we do have an automatic email going out to recent contacts that reads:
“Hi there,
We have received your email and will get back to you very soon;
however, we do currently have a bit of an email backlog so please
don’t panic if we don’t reply quickly. We will definitely reply to you
- it may just take a little longer than our usual couple of hours wait
time.

I am very sorry that we didn’t reply to your most recent email sooner, but it would have been nice if you gave us a little more time before leaving this very damaging bad review 🙁
