When I rebooted my computer and got an error message I online the 800 Geek tab. Even though my computer was scanned for viruses the day before, the technician took precaution to do it again. Issue in registration was resolved and precautions were taken to be sure I was not infected with any virus.

My computer wsa not letting me log into the application i wanted so I called to 1800geeks to look at the computer. They went through the computer and found viruses that was slowing not only my computer but even my trackball. It works really well now and so much faster than it was. Thank you Sandy.

Howdy! I have been on the phone since 10:30 am with charles cruz, and finished about 4pm my pc was turn back to me. And then it wouldn't work. I got a hold of Sandy and he walked my right thru what I need at that point and he fixed it up for me. I didn't grow up with computers, and never had one until about 10 years ago. My sons helped my out when they could. I do what I can and I don't understand the lingo. Thanks to Sandy, I think I have my pc back, and it knows what I want it to do and I know where to find what I need. Thanks again to Sandy.

After obtaining a new desktop, I wanted to transfer all my files from an old laptop and 800Geeks representatives were very helpful in showing me how to do that. Everything appears to be working just fine and I see that my files have been successfully transferred as I was hoping. Thank you 800Geeks.

I had 1800Geeks reinstall my printer early this morning but it fell out somehow and I called them back and they didn't hesitate to reinstall the entire printer completely over again. Good customer service and now I have a solid PC and Printer again.
