terrible customer service, would rather create fake accounts to respond to negative feedback than answer emails. Doesn't answer calls or chat sessions unless it's to provide the same copy and pasted comment. I left honest feedback. And it's really Ok- Cesar aka Julius aka William- you don't have to copy and paste the USPS delivered to info. You've sent it plenty. I'm not concerned with restitution at this time but I do want to warn other shoppers so they don't have the same experience I have. If you have to create your own false positive feedback, you are just further reinforcing the reports of your responses. You've spent so much extra time and effort to be dishonest that you've proved what a joke your company really is. I went on Amazon and ordered the same thing cheaper and received in a fraction of the time. This is no longer about the product but just your highly unprofessional, not to mention, immature responses to a customer service issue. Good luck with your business Shakespeare (sorry, did I take the next fake name you wanted to use?). Use this as a learning opportunity on how not to treat your customers in the future!
