Wish I had something to rate
I never received my order, which I don't fault for because it was a delivery mistake. I did, however, ask for either a refund or substitute and Downlite gave me the option for either. I thought we agreed on a substitute order (they were out of my original order) but I received a refund and no explanation or follow-up as to why I couldn't get an order of substitute pillows. Two stars for at least getting my money back.
