Company doesn't stand by their products
I ordered a dog seat cover they took the money out of my account on February 2nd 2018 as of March 2nd 2018 I hadn't received it I sent an email.. few days later they answered me and said my product was being shipped.. 15 days later I received it.. had it in my car for about 3 weeks used about 10 times it ripped to shreds the zippers broke the seams came apart it's useless.. I contacted the company their response was "sorry madam you've received your of product I can't refund your money "I responded that this is unacceptable several times I got another response stating sorry ma'am there's nothing we can do.. again I emailed them told them it was unacceptable looking for a phone number to call someone and speak with them which I've never been supplied
I emailed them again she said there's still nothing they can do but they would give me 10% off my next order.. like I'm going to place another order.. I spent a lot of money on this seat cover it's unacceptable that there's a company not willing to stand behind their product very very very dissatisfied will never order from them and will never offer their company to anyone still waiting on a response about a phone number to contact them
