Terrible customer service.
I purchased a GPXPC301B Personal CD Player on 03/27/2018 and received on 03/31/2018 by FED Ex. I immediately opened the pouch and tried to play a pre-recorded book on cd. There was no volume. I tried new batteries, 3 different headphones and still no volume. I immediately called the phone number listed on the instruction sheet. The person I talked to was absolutlely no help at all. He said I would have to return the player and pay the return postage. I have since sent two e-mails to this company and I am still at the same place I was
a week ago. I want my credit card adjusted with a refund on the product and the postage. I do not want another portable cd player! They want me to provide my name, address and the cc used. Should they not have this information already?
