Jeremy Richter knows fitness inside and out. He is the most well-rounded and professional trainer I have ever worked with. Jeremy customizes both exercise and nutrition plans to create a "total body" program; he plays to your strengths by incorporating exercises you prefer to do and food you love to eat, and he targets your weaknesses by really getting you to understand the importance of those components in your workouts and in daily life activities. What I like most about working with Jeremy is that he takes any new or old injury into consideration. Instead of talking down to you or forcing you to do exercises that are painful or risky for you, he really listens to you and teaches you to listen to your body! This is not something you find in just any trainer :)
I have known this guy for years now - I can undoubtedly say that he's one of the best and most passionate people you will ever meet or work with!
