MINIQ BG6300 returned due to damage during shipmen
The ordered item has arrived home damaged due to improper packaging (damaged Y-axis knob and associated screw endlessly damaged).
I sent an email to the customer service to communicate what happened. After various exchanges of emails mainly due to
difficulty in explaining the problem well, I also forwarded various photos and a video.
Later I was told that they would send me a new item without any additional expense and without the need to send back the damaged object.
The object is been delivered in perfect condition after about 45 days.
Excellent customer service for professionalism and fairness demonstrated in the management of the inconvenience.
I used the MINIQ BG6300 to mill some pieces of wood and I have to say that it does its work well,resulting in precise adjustments. Great for not-professional work.
