I am so sorry this happened - if you had contacted me about this then I could have sorted this with Royal Mail for you.
As indicated on the label the parcel was posted on 13th March.
I had already refunded you the cost of the items today following our email conversation (also today - March 29th 2018) where you said you had not received the items. As you have stated you will be keeping the items I look forward to receiving your payment at the reduced amount indicated in the invoice which I have reduced from the initial price paid to take into account the amount Royal Mail made you pay incorrectly, and also for your trouble as a gesture of goodwill.
At present you have only paid £3.68 for an order that was over £30.
UPDATE: As of 4th April 2018 no payment received from customer and items not returned. Customer contacted again for payment with deadline of 10th April 2018 before case is escalated to relevant authorities.
