Product not delivered.
Still have not received the wallet. Tracking number has said it is delayed and has said that since Nov. 29th.

UPDATE: I am changing my 1 star rating to 5 stars. The Customer Service I received during this process was outstanding! Please see my additional comments below...in a separate review.

Update: Although, I had a hard time receiving this purchase...It was NOT the fault of the business. Richard, the store manager, immediately started helping me track the package and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Excellent Customer Service!!! He even sent out a replacement wallet before we knew what happened to the first. I eventually got both wallets delivered on the same day! Thanks Post Office! Richard helped me with sending one of them back to him and my brother-in-law loved his new wallet, for Christmas. I would definitely buy from Diloro's, again.
