Website needs to be purged
1. The site has items that arent in stock which only comes up once u place ur order. Then, a substitute is offered but u already picked ur favorite & nothing else will compare. My situation was an order of 2 huge GE refrigerators. Im sure u will remember. I accepted a replacement which still had 2 clear customs so we couldnt risk late delivery & had 2 cancel them.2. My refund wasnt processed in a timely manner but only after I asked.3. It did not include a refund for shipping so I had 2 ask for that & if I didnt pay attention myself, I probably wouldnt have gotten a refund for the shipping.4. Peter was awesome. He gave me suggestions as 2 what 2 buy as I was purchasing multiple items & did not know anything about them or the brands.5. Oh, & u have multiple sites out there but they are all the samstores customer service number. This, coupled with items that are not in stock, wastes customers' (and subsequently your) time & time is money, as they say. Not to mention, its annoying.
