Ordered 60 personalised containers for upcoming wedding. Had read FAQs beforehand to ensure that the order would be received beforehand. Ordered 6 weeks prior to my wedding.
As per FAQs:
Q: I live outside the USA - can I order?
A: Yes. MyJellyBelly.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, PLEG, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You may pay by International credit card or PayPal. PLEG will process your order. They will then consolidate your items and ensure proper, timely and economical delivery of your MyJellyBelly.com purchase to your international address.
Jelly belly accepted my order and then did not contact again. After a fortnight without update (simply website saying order confirmed), I contacted jelly belly with response requesting me to call to discuss order further. The phone number given did not given an prefix for it being out of country and therefore I couldn't actually call. I emailed 3 times further without response. After 7 days, response received saying order to Australia could not be done (in contrast to what website suggests) and that my money had be refunded. This is now 3 weeks out from wedding. I have therefore lost money in the conversion of AUD to USD x 2 and didn't receive my wedding favours. Really disappointing regarding lack of contact and communication as well as lack of an actual product at the end of the day.
