Two times failed at sending correct juice.
Was initially excited to find a website that carried my flavor/brand e juice. Purchased right away. Upon opening my package, I noticed that they sent me the correct brand but the incorrect flavor. I immediately contacted customer support asking for instructions on how to return the (wrong) big bottle & get the correct one. I then waited 3 days with no reply. Fourth day I sent another email. Quickly got a reply from a different representative & a phone call saying they’d ship the correct one out that day- which they did. Just got my replacement package today and it’s THE WRONG ONE AGAIN! I’ve emailed the staff on how to just get a refund because I can’t wait any longer for my juice as I’ve been running low since the FIRST attempt at purchasing & hope to hear back sooner than the last time. Very disappointed & unsatified.
