The Worst Customer Service!
We purchased a Dannmar MX-6 on 10/17/17. Bradley Melson handled our order. We received our lift on 10/31/17 and immediately noticed that the lift was in rough shape cosmetically. There were several scratches to the paint and the decals were all damaged. I contacted customer service and Matthew Quinn immediately passed me off to Miguel Sanchez. Both failed to even apologize for the issue and Miguel simply asked for photos of proof of the damage. An email with the photos was sent to both Miguel and Bradley on 11/3/17. I have yet to hear from anyone at Dannmar or GES. Worst customer service for a large ticket purchase. Buyer beware!!
