DO NOT order from this company! I ordered ONE shirt from Valvion on June 4, 2017 and I have yet to receive it OR a tracking number. I am a US customer. I emailed them multiple times because there is no telephone number. It would often take days, even a whole week, for a representative to respond to my email. I was told my item shipped on June 24th and when I asked about the tracking number the representative said he/she is "working on it for me as we are a small company." The last time I received an email from the representative was July 6th and I have sent multiple email since then (on July 6, 9, 12, and 17). NO RESPONSES!!!!! I have screenshots of the emails but I cannot upload them here. Otherwise everyone could see how incredibly POOR the customer service is. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank. Although this company has very stylish and modern clothing, it is not worth the headache of trying to get your order. Maybe now this review will get a response out of them.
