Poor Service
Placed my order for 4 chrome baskets and 1 brushed nickel basket on May 21. I received only the 1 brushed nickel basket on May 30th. I inquired to Ginger where the other 4 chrome baskets were. I received e-mail from Chris at Ginger on June 08 with a FedEx Tracking number. Having traced the tracking number, it shows that FedEx delivered 1 piece at 3 lbs. on May 30th. This completely left my inquiry unanswered as I already advised that I received the 1 piece and was looking for the other 4 baskets that were a part of my order. I left a voice message for Chris at Ginger detailing above on June 12, which I have not heard back from. I just sent an e-mail today. Since each basket weighs approximately 2 Lbs, it should have been easy to ascertain that the delivery of 1 piece at 3 lbs could not have possibly contained my 5 baskets as per my original inquiry. It is now June 13th and 3 weeks out I do not have my product that I already paid for.
