Do not order from this company
I placed my order November 23rd, it is now December 12th and I have still not received my order, nor have I gotten any response to the multiple messages I have left trying to locate or cancel my order. Based on comments on their facebook page, I am not the only one having this issue. I understand that the holiday season is a busy time for businesses, however not communicating with your customers is very poor customer service. I have now started a fraudulent claim with my bank.

I finally found their number I called 3 times. Finally someone answered today. She claimed it takes 7 days to ship it has been two weeks. She claimed it will be here in two days. We shall see
