The Worst Customer Service!
We purchased a Dannmar MX-6 on 10/17/17. Bradley Melson handled our order. We received our lift on 10/31/17 and immediately noticed that the lift was in rough shape cosmetically. There were several scratches to the paint and the decals were all damaged. One of the hydraulic cylinders has scratches that can only have been caused before the item was even shipped. My neighbors thought I had purchased a second-hand lift!! I contacted customer service and Matthew Quinn immediately passed me off to Miguel Sanchez. Both failed to even apologize for the issue and Miguel simply asked for photos of proof of the damage. An email with the photos was sent to both Miguel and Bradley on 11/3/17. I have yet to hear from anyone at Dannmar. Worst customer service for a large ticket purchase. Read the reviews - This is a common occurrence with this company!!! Buyer beware!!
