The best customer service I've ever received!
I received a promotion email for a free muscle stimulator with $50 purchase. I was super excited. I really wanted a stimulator for a long time. What a great deal. I clicked the link placed my order and waited for my stuff. Well the stuff came but no stimulator. I was confused. I emailed and explained what happened. Ms. Denalee emailed me first thing the following morning. She was determined to figure out what happened. After several emails and some tears it was discovered that the promotional email was real and I ordered the correct amount of stuff only not from The MS Store. I order from a different MS company. I was super embarrassed. I still have no idea how I mixed them up. Ms. Denalee was so supportive and went above and beyond. She offered to ship the item to me anyway. Seriously, who does that? The MS Store not only offers quality products but they truly embrace what it means to be selfless. She didn't have to do that. I am truly greatful for her generosity and graciousness she has shown me. I can't wait till the stimulator arrives and I will happily spread the word that The MS Store get a AAA+ score from me. I also placed an order with her company. I hope to pay it forward one day and make someone's day as Ms. Denalee and The MS Store has for me.
