I ordered Oticon Opn1 hearing aids and a 1 year service contract on 1-15-18. I received an email confirmation on 1-6-18 and my credit card was billed. Three days later I had heard no other details so I called Hearstore and was told the contracted programer/fitter would be contacting me within a week or so for an appointment. I waited and heard nothing from either party so contacted Hearstore again, they told me they would look into my problem and call me back within 24 hours. I heard nothing so 2 days later called Hearstore again and got the same story, "we'll check into it and get back to you". I also contacted the programing / fitting contractor and was told they had received my hearing aids but were not sure what to do next because they did not have the software to program my hearing aids. I called Hearstore back and relayed the new information and again was told they would look into the problem and get back to me. It's now a week later and I have heard from no one so I had to stop payment on the purchase.
