Lost Package
My order never arrived. According to USPS it was delivered and placed on my front deck. I never found it. I don't think Astridsembroidery.com is at fault, but none the less, my order went astray. I have reordered for additional fees.

Hi George, we are sorry you never received your package and even though that is out of our control, and we appreciate that you noted that in your review however, the rating you posted reflects on us and not the post office. Priority Mail is insured for delivery (one of the reasons we use it) so I would suggest filing a claim with them if you feel they didn’t deliver it or left it in an unsafe place and you should be able to recoup your loss. Unfortunately we cannot do that for you so you will need to contact them. You mentioned that you had reordered so I thought I’d let you know that we haven’t seen anything new come through.
