A purchase gone wrong
I do like their prices, but their customer service is terrible. I ordered my mom a computer for Christmas and never received it. I contacted Daily Sale and they told me that the item was delivered on Dec.9th and for me to contact FedEx and the Post Office. After contacting both of them I was informed that the package was left on my front porch during the Christmas holiday season which was not very smart. The company must have took the cheapest way out to have the Macbook that I ordered delivered without insurance or a signature required. This is very unexceptable for a corporation that deals with lots of customers to have your purchases sent out with this sort of mediocrity. Afterwards, they don't even want to take responsibility for their own faults. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card for the missing and undelivered package which I feel is totally irresponsible on their part. Please think twice before you order anything from this company because they are not responsible at all and they treat their customer like a Daily Ripoff instead of a Daily Sale. If my purchase price isn't refunded I will be filing a small claims suit against them for that amount plus court costs and mental anguish. Thanks for nothing.
