Package arrived late, damaged and they want more $
If you had a poor experience and are international file a complaint with econsumer . org***

I ordered a gift pack, it arrived late, and completely bent (pic attached) . I reached out and asked for a replacement to be overnighted. Their ultimate solution was that I pay $50 to have another package overnighted (but with two day delivery), OR that they downgrade my package and give me $20 bucks back for ruining a Christmas gift, OR they revoke the registration completely and delete the star information and refund me. No--"OMG we're so sorry, we can't send you the package in time, but we'll refund your money and keep your registration open because you've purchased 6 stars over the years and we screwed up".Nope, they are GRINCHES and want to keep my money, have me pay more, or take the star away because of THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. They lost a long-term customer. I suggest if you want to do business with a company who actually cares about quality products and customers--you go elsewhere--there are TONS of 'star registries' online.
