Package Returned to Sender
Customer service and I have exchanged over 30 emails at this point. I originally ordered my cosplay mid-January. The package (while it was shipped quickly) did not make it to me and is currently still lost in the mail. They said they would not be able to refund until they received that package.
So our solution to this was that I reordered the cosplay, which I did, and they provided me with a discount. They additionally refunded me excluding the shipping costs.

They asked me information about sizing and confirmed anything I had questions about. They replied to my emails within 24 hours. However, my package got sent back and they have not contacted me since, even though I have paid for it. I would like to leave a good review, but I am interested in actually receiving my package! They have been out of office and unable to assist until Feb. 24th, when I intended on wearing my order very early March.
