customer service needs improvement
I like buying from e-juice connect because the prices are really good. But I wouldn’t say the customer service is too great. I ordered a 120ml bottle of juice and when I received the package it had leaked all over the inside of the shipping envelope so half the bottle was wasted. They need to figure out a better way to package them so that doesn’t happen. I also wrote to customer service at least 3 times in the past month trying to see if there is anything they can do for having half of my bottle wasted and I’ve still never gotten a response so kind of frustrating. One other thing is the shipping is very expensive and not
Very accurate timing when it says 3 day shipping and it then it takes a week to get here and it doesn’t matter if you order one thing or 5 it’s still pretty expensive. Other than those things I have really liked everything I’ve ordered!
