Need better communication between departments
I ordered an item I liked that I guessed was the right size, but just hours after I made the order, I changed my mind and contacted customer service, well in advance of the item being shipped. I got a reply from your company that you received my correspondence and that I would get a confirmation of the change. I never got the confirmation and the next communication was that my original size was being shipped.
I would have hoped there would have been better interdepartment communication
